French company Bic aquires Antalis' promotional products

French pen manufacturer BIC Group will acquire Antalis’ Promotional Products entities. BIC offers a range of licensed stationery products including, Naruto, NBA basketball teams and Looney Tunes. BIC is a world leader not only in stationery,in lighters and shavers and has been for more than 50 years. BIC products are sold in more than 160 countries around the world.
