Munk One aka Jose A. Mercado is considered a contemporary American Illustrator+ Fine artist. Some of his artwork has been used for bands including Korn & My Chemical Romance. Mercado has also contributed his art work to clothing company, Upper Playground, which is sponsoring the up & coming event. Along with Patrick Martinez this will be a mix of contemporary art inspired by graffiti something to check out if your in the LA area the next couple of months! Opening reception is tomorrow night 7pm (8/14/08) @ FIFTY24LA -125. e. 6th. St. LA, CA- 90014 the exhibit will be going through till 10/4/08.
