Watchmen is a live actions film adaptation of English writer Alan Moore and British writer Dave Gibbons' twelve-issue Hugo Award-winning comic book limited series Watchmen. The Film will be directed by Zack Snyder. Set in 1985, the film follows a group of former vigilantes as war begins to break out between the United States and the Soviet Union. The film is under Warner Brothers Productions and is set to be released this time next year.
