Andre 3000 "Class of 3000"

OutKast's member: Andre 3000 & Cartoon Network along with Turner Broadcasting may have a $2 million lawsuit for copyright infringement. Local postal worker Timothy McGee alleges characters, artwork and storyline concepts were all based on his ideas for a project called "The Music Factory". Andre 3000 is credited with the creation, executive production plus a starring role in "Class of 3000" the lawsuit is based off Mr. McGee claims he offered his series "The Music Factory" which shares similar characters in Atalanta's music scene (as dose "Class of 3000")was rejected by Cartoon Network executive producer Michael Lazzo in 1997, While a similar cartoon from Andrea 3000 appears in 2006.
